At Phone Doc ATL, we take pride in our high-quality repairs. To avoid any misunderstandings, please read our warranty terms carefully:

• Screen Replacement Warranty (Covers manufacturer defects only):
  • Blackout screens – The screen must be completely black, solid in color, with no visible cracks, pressure marks, LCD damage, or internal breakage.
  • No touch response – The screen does not register any touch input.
• Battery warranty: 60-day warranty on battery performance.
• 90 Day warranty on parts (excluding physical damage).

NOTE** - Warranty only applies to devices if device is testable before and after the repair.

• Cracked screens, chips, or physical damage (regardless of how it happened).
• Blackout screens with LCD damage, pressure marks, or visible impact signs.
• Lines, discoloration, or ink spots caused by impact.
• Water or liquid damage after the repair.
• Damage caused by dropping, bending, or improper handling.

💡 Important Note: If your screen is cracked, chipped, or physically damaged in any way, the warranty is void. Even if you are unsure how it happened, any physical damage is not covered.

For any warranty concerns, please visit us, and we’ll be happy to inspect your device. If the issue falls under our coverage, we’ll replace it for free. Otherwise, we offer discounted repair rates for repeat customers.
